Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information our app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) processes when you use it on an Android device, why we process it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We are committed to being transparent and to collecting as little as the service needs.

In short: We do not log your browsing — the websites, domains or content you visit. We do not sell your personal data. The App runs a VPN, a speed test and a leak test. It does not include ad-blocking or DNS content-filtering. Session history is stored only on your device and can be turned off.

1Who we are & scope

The App is provided by IGLO LABS COMPANY LIMITED, the data controller for the processing described here. This policy applies to the Android version of the App and to all its users. By using the App you acknowledge this policy. Where required, we also disclose the same practices in the Google Play Data safety section of our store listing, and we keep the two consistent.

2What the App does

The App provides a VPN connection to help protect your traffic on untrusted networks, together with two diagnostic tools: a connection speed test and an IP / DNS leak test. It also offers convenience features such as auto-connect, a kill switch, a quick-settings tile and a home-screen widget.

3Data we process

To operate, secure and improve the service, we and our service providers may process the following:

DataWhy
Device model, OS version, app version, device language, country/regionRun the service, provide support, fix bugs, understand which builds and locales to support
Network type and coarse technical connection dataEstablish and maintain the VPN session; capacity planning in aggregate
An app-generated device identifierRegister your device, assign it a connection, and apply your entitlement (free or Premium)
Advertising ID (free version)Serve and measure ads via Google AdMob (see Section 7)
Purchase state (not card details)Unlock and restore Premium via Google Play Billing

We do not require a name, email address or account to use the App's core features. Payment card details are handled by Google, not by us.

4The VPN connection & your IP

The App uses Android's VpnService with an IKEv2/IPsec tunnel to encrypt traffic between your device and the server you choose. To set up and maintain that tunnel, your device's current IP address is necessarily processed by the VPN server. We use it only to route the session; we do not use it to build a profile of your browsing, and we do not keep persistent logs that link your IP address to the sites or content you access. We do not modify the content of the sites you visit beyond what is technically required to carry your traffic.

5What we do not collect (no-logs)

We design the service to minimise data. We do not record or store:

Because the App does not log your activity, we cannot hand over a history of what you did online — there is none to hand over.

6On-device data

Some information stays only on your device and is never uploaded to us:

7Advertising

The free version may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process your Advertising ID and certain technical data to deliver, cap, measure and improve ads, under Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Buying Premium removes ads shown by the App.

8Analytics & crash reporting

We use Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how features are used and how the App performs, and Firebase Crashlytics to collect diagnostic information when the App crashes so we can fix problems. This data is used to improve stability and experience and is not used by us to identify you personally.

9Permissions

The first time you connect, Android shows a system VPN permission dialog — required before any app can create a VPN connection. It appears once and you must approve it. You can revoke the VPN configuration at any time in Android settings. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location for its core features.

10Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. To run the service, limited technical data may be processed by the following providers, each under its own privacy policy:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to comply with a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.

11Data retention

We keep technical, analytics and diagnostic data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you. On-device data (session history, preferences) remains until you turn it off, clear it, or uninstall the App. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.

12International transfers

Because VPN servers and our service providers operate in multiple countries, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

13Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in California have the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the CCPA sense. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 17; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

14Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

15Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, technology or the law. We will post the new version in the App or on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
