These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and IGLO LABS COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your download, installation and use of our mobile application and related services (together, the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or wherever a higher age is required by local law) to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the App under any applicable law or sanctions list.
The App provides:
Features may differ between the Android and iOS versions and between the free and Premium tiers. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve or maintain the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not resell, redistribute or make the App or your account available to others.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and with the terms of any network or service you connect to. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your use of the App.
You must not use the App to:
The VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the VPN server only. Beyond the exit server, traffic travels onward as it normally would — a VPN is not a substitute for HTTPS and does not encrypt anything after the exit point. Local-network traffic is deliberately excluded so that printers, casting and other devices on your own network keep working. We do not guarantee that the App will allow access to any particular website, service or region-restricted content, or that any given server will always be available.
The speed test, leak test and (on iOS) Wi-Fi quality tools are provided for your information only. Results depend on your network, your internet provider, distance to the server, device and conditions at the time, and may vary. They are estimates and are not guarantees of performance or security.
Some servers and features require a paid Premium plan. Premium is sold as auto-renewable subscriptions and, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Exact plans and prices are shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency.
The free version of the App may display advertising provided by third-party networks, including Google AdMob. Ads are delivered under the advertising partner's own policies. Purchasing Premium removes ads shown by the App. Our handling of advertising identifiers is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App and all of its content — software, interface design, icons, images, text and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence in Section 3, you receive no rights in the App, and you may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
You obtained the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to that store's terms. The following apply in addition to those store terms:
Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or intellectual-property claims). You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play. Your use is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or network, or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of internet service, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, the acts of third parties, or the acts of your internet provider or another platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before using the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, used the App unlawfully, or put the stability or security of the service at risk. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, technology or the law. The updated version takes effect when published in the App or on our website, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Nothing here removes protections that the law of your home country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
